The photographer provides photography services, image editing, online gallery delivery, and the sale of limited edition of 30 fine art photographic prints as artiste – auteur.
Clients may request a photography session through the online booking system by selecting their session type and preferred date through the online calendar.
All booking requests are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.
To secure the booking, a 30% deposit is required. A session is only considered reserved once the deposit has been received.
Following the booking request, the client will receive a photography agreement to review and sign. The booking becomes fully confirmed once the signed agreement has been received.
The Photographer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking when necessary.
The remaining balance for photography sessions is due immediately after the session and before the delivery of the online gallery.
Fine art prints and additional products must be paid in full at the time of order confirmation.
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, local taxes and customs fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available payment providers.
Online galleries are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks after the session.
Production and shipping times for fine art prints may vary depending on the order and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability.
Outdoor sessions may be postponed or rescheduled in the event of unsuitable weather conditions.
Clients are asked to notify the photographer as early as possible regarding cancellations or scheduling changes.
All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer.
Clients receive a personal-use license unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, exhibition, publication, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session. Requests for complete confidentiality or non-publication may be subject to an additional fee.
Original limited edition photographic print, signed and numbered by the artist photographer. Limited Edition of 30 per Oeuvre. Fine art prints are produced using professional printing processes and archival-quality materials.
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen calibration differences and the handmade nature of certain printing materials.
Because prints are made to order, sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged.
Any issue regarding shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The photographer shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events.
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the use of this website, photography services, or product sales shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
