Description
Captured in France in 2025, this photograph is printed on Canson Infinity Arches® BFK Rives® Pure White 310gsm Matte, a museum-grade fine art paper made from 100% cotton at the historic Arches mill using a traditional cylinder mould process. Renowned for its refined tactile quality and matte surface, it brings a strong material presence that complements the spirit of the image.
Its delicate grain and soft texture reveal architectural forms, earthy tones, and subtle details with depth and precision. The matte finish enhances contrast while preserving smooth tonal transitions, allowing blacks to remain rich and grounded, highlights soft and luminous, and the image to feel organic and timeless.
Free from optical brightening agents and designed for archival stability, Arches BFK Rives Pure White offers a natural, understated sophistication valued in contemporary fine art printing. Its gentle texture and substantial feel create a print experience that is both visually striking and physically intimate.
Produced by a certified fine art laboratory in Bordeaux, the print meets the highest archival standards. It is created using the Piezography black-and-white system, revealing an extended tonal range of up to seven shades of grey, ensuring deep blacks, luminous whites, and exceptional detail without color bias.
The 20×30 cm (8×12″) print is presented with a passepartout for a 30×40 cm (12×16″) frame, allowing space for breath and contemplation.
The 40×60 cm (16×24″) print includes integrated white borders, creating a quiet gallery-like presence when framed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient.
This print is hand-signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Limited to an edition of 30, each work exists as part of a considered body of work. Every piece is hand-varnished (vernis à la main), a gesture that extends the making process and preserves a subtle, tactile fine art finish.
