I am an auteur photographer working beyond conventional framing. I don’t create images to meet expectations — I capture what I feel in the moment.
My work follows instinct over structure. It doesn’t always respect the rules of composition or color. I often work in black and white to strip everything back to what matters most: emotion, tension, presence.
Photography is both my medium and my language. Some images become fine art works, released as carefully crafted limited-edition prints, while remaining faithful to the raw emotion of the moment they were born from.
It began in childhood, watching my father develop film in a darkroom — where every image carried a meaning. That imprint never left me.
After a successful 12-year career in the corporate world, I returned to photography—not as a choice, but as a necessary return to something essential.
Born in the far east of Siberia, to Ukrainian parents. Raised in Ukraine. Adopted by France.
A part of my soul belongs to the US, where I lived for several years and where my daughter was born.
Bordeaux is my home now. The world is my path.
I don’t belong to one land—I belong to every place that has shaped my soul.
I am not rootless. I am a nomad, rooted in the Earth.
Photography for me is a state of perception. I don’t aim for control — I follow what appears, what moves, what resonates.
